Clubs

Burford has a wide range of after school and lunch time clubs to offer for all ages of children! All the clubs for the term are listed in the Bulletin and usually start the second week back. You must return a signed form to let staff know if your child is attending a club and also state how they are getting home (walking or pick up).

Spring Term 2017:

We are offering a great variety of clubs this half-term for both KS1 and KS2 children.  All clubs will run from 3:30pm to 4:30pm unless otherwise stated.  Some clubs have a limited number of places available.  If you would like your child to attend a club, please speak with Mrs Piper in the school office.

Breakfast club is held in school every morning from 8am to morning registration.  If you would like your child to attend, please click on the link below to download your application form.

Cooking Club - KS1
Children can cook some yummy simple dishes and learn new D&T skills. They get to take the food home too! This club fills up quickly and usually has a waiting list so get your form in quickly!

Netball - KS2
Get sporty and test out you shooting skills here. Pupils will learn passing, attacking and defending skills as well as the rules and experience of playing a real game. Sometimes we play other schools too!

 Choir - KS2

Pupils can sing their socks off to traditional, cultural and current songs. They have lots of performances in many places throughout the school year including Young Voices, where they learn songs to sing with hundreds of other schools at the LG Arena in Birmingham!

 Tag Rugby - KS2
Tag Rugby is a fun and exciting form of non-contact rugby suitable for boys and girls of all abilities. There are no scrums and line-outs and tackling is not allowed.
